About Vol Hosting
A boutique host in the Smokies.
Vol Hosting manages a curated group of cabins across the Great Smoky Mountains and East Tennessee, from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to Sevierville and Knoxville. We are boutique by choice. Fewer cabins, more attention.
When you book direct with us, you skip the platform service fee and deal with the team that runs the home. We handle the details before you arrive, we answer quickly while you are here, and we stand behind the stay.
Hands-on, not hands-off
We manage a small book of homes on purpose. Every one is looked after in person, not run from a spreadsheet three states away.
Revenue managers, not salespeople
We price with the market so homes stay full and fairly priced. That is the same discipline that keeps our owners happy and our rates honest.
Fast, human communication
You reach the people who actually manage the home, by phone or email, seven days a week. No ticket queue, no call center.
Meet the founder
Alex started Vol Hosting on a simple belief: a rental should be run by people who actually care how your trip goes. He leads our owner relationships and sets the standard the homes on this site are held to. When something matters to your stay, it reaches him.
Have a question, or a home to place?
Guests and owners both reach us the same way, 7am to 10pm ET, seven days a week.
