Inside the Condo

The open-concept living area is bright, warm, and immediately inviting — large windows frame the mountain ridgeline and a cozy fireplace anchors the room, making it the natural gathering spot for relaxed evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a complimentary coffee bar to start every morning right. The dining table comfortably seats the full group for shared meals and slow breakfasts before heading out for the day. A sofa bed in the living area provides flexible additional sleeping for groups of up to six.

Sleeping & Layout

The two king suites are positioned on opposite sides of the condo — a layout that gives every guest genuine privacy while keeping the group fully connected in the shared living spaces. Each suite features a king bed with plush memory foam mattress, high-end linens, a flat screen TV, and its own private ensuite bathroom. Mountain views from every room complete the picture.

The Balcony

The screened-in private balcony is one of the standout features of this condo — fully enclosed so you can enjoy the mountain air and sweeping Smoky Mountain views in complete comfort regardless of the weather or season. Mornings begin here with coffee as the light shifts across the ridgeline. Evenings wind down with a glass of wine as the sky changes colors above the Smokies. It's a genuinely elevated outdoor experience that most Gatlinburg condos simply can't offer.

Resort Amenities

Ski View Condominiums delivers a full resort experience for guests — a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and sports courts give everyone in the group something to enjoy between adventures. The indoor pool and sauna in particular make this property exceptional for cooler months when most outdoor amenity options are limited.

Getting Around

Downtown Gatlinburg is just 5 minutes away — close enough for a spontaneous dinner out or an evening stroll through the shops and attractions, far enough removed to feel genuinely peaceful when you're back at the condo. Ober Gatlinburg is right up the mountain, offering skiing, snowboarding, and chairlift rides for year-round fun with the family.

This is Gatlinburg at its best — close to everything, quiet when it matters, and set up with everything you need to make every day of your stay feel like exactly what a vacation should be.
