Spend your days exploring nature, and your evenings in the hot tub or by the fire. This beautiful home is where memories are made that last a lifetime.

Tucked in the hills above Norris Lake in New Tazewell, this expansive five-bedroom retreat is built for the biggest gatherings — reunions, multi-family trips, milestone celebrations, and groups who need real space for everyone. With queen-over-queen bunks across two dedicated bunk rooms, a king master suite, two queen bedrooms, a private hot tub, fire pit, game area, gas grill, and a sprawling yard with lake views, this property comfortably sleeps 21 and delivers the kind of communal experience that brings people back year after year.

Main Level

Step inside to a warm, fully equipped gathering space anchored by an open-concept living and kitchen area designed for group meals and easy togetherness. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd, with a dining area that brings the whole group together. The king master suite is on the main level — private, comfortable, and convenient — with easy access to a full bath. Step out from the main level onto the deck for sweeping Norris Lake and mountain views that set the tone for every morning and evening.

Upper Level

Two queen bedrooms occupy the upper level, each comfortable and private with access to a shared full bath. Just off the upper level, a cozy loft lounge offers a quieter retreat above the main action — perfect for reading, conversation, or simply unwinding away from the larger group energy below.

Lower Level

The lower level is where the sleeping capacity of this property really opens up. Two dedicated bunk rooms each feature queen-over-queen bunk beds — four queen beds per room, sleeping up to eight guests each — giving kids, teens, and overflow guests their own self-contained space. A full bath on this level keeps everyone comfortable without running upstairs. The game area with air hockey is also on the lower level, along with direct access to the outdoor spaces.

Outdoor Living

The expansive deck, patio, and balcony give the group multiple outdoor spaces to spread across — morning coffee with lake and mountain views, afternoon cookouts on the gas grill, and evenings around the fire pit beneath the open Tennessee sky. The private hot tub is the natural end-of-day gathering spot, and the large secluded yard gives kids and the group room to roam freely. Norris Lake and all its outdoor recreation — hiking, kayaking, fishing, and boating — is right in the area and easily accessible for a full day out.

Getting Around

Norris Lake is one of East Tennessee's most beautiful and least crowded destinations — clear water, wooded shoreline, and a pace that feels genuinely removed from everyday life. Local marinas, restaurants, wineries, and outdoor outfitters are all within easy reach for a full day of adventure before returning to the retreat.
This is the property for the trip that needs to fit everyone — enough beds for the whole family, enough outdoor space to breathe, and a Norris Lake setting that makes every day feel like exactly what a group getaway should be.
