Ultimate Lake Norris Getaway with Private Dock

Welcome to your perfect lake house. After a full day out on Norris Lake, tubing, swimming, and chasing sunshine, the kids relax on the couch, still buzzing from the day, while the grandparents settle in on the deck. You slip out onto the relaxing chairs as the lake grows quiet, the sun dipping low over the mountains. Wrapped in the stillness of the water and trees, you unwind together beside the glow of the fire pit, a peaceful escape that feels worlds away… yet is right on the lake. No pets!

Right on the shores of Norris Lake with your own private four-boat dock, this two-level lakehouse is the ultimate Tennessee lake getaway for families and groups who want the full water experience without sharing it with anyone. Three bedrooms, a covered deck with panoramic lake and mountain views, a fire pit, and direct dock access for boating, swimming, fishing, and tubing — this is the kind of property that turns a long weekend into a family tradition!

Main Level

Step inside to an open-concept living and kitchen area that immediately orients you toward the water — the layout flows naturally toward the covered deck and the lake views beyond. The fully equipped kitchen sits just off the living room, making it easy to cook and stay connected with the group at the same time. The main level king suite is tucked just off the living area with a private ensuite bath shared with the main floor, convenient and easy to access for grandparents or guests who prefer single-level living. Step out from the main level onto the covered deck — wide, comfortable, and framing panoramic views of Norris Lake and the tree-lined mountains beyond. This is where mornings begin and evenings wind down, coffee in hand as the lake sits still and glassy below.

Upper Level

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms serve families and larger groups with plenty of sleeping flexibility. The queen bedroom is comfortable and private with easy access to the upper full bath. The bunk room is built for kids and groups — two sets of twin-over-full bunks sleeping up to four, giving younger guests their own space to pile into after a full day on the water.

Outdoor Living & The Dock

The private dock is the heart of this property — a large four-boat dock giving your group exclusive access to some of the best water on Norris Lake. Spend your days out on the water boating, tubing, swimming, and fishing, then come back to the dock as the afternoon light turns golden across the lake. The covered deck above is your front-row seat to it all — rocking chairs, outdoor seating, and lake views in every direction. As the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit and let the evening stretch out the way lake evenings always do.

Getting Around

Norris Lake is one of East Tennessee's most beautiful and underrated destinations — clear water, wooded shoreline, and far less crowded than comparable lakes in the region. The lake itself is your primary destination, with marinas, restaurants, and local amenities all accessible by boat or a short drive.

This is the lakehouse that brings the whole family back every summer — your own dock, your own slice of Norris Lake, and enough space for everyone to spread out and do exactly what they came here to do.

As is common with many lake-access homes in this area, the driveway has an incline and guests are encouraged to use caution when arriving and departing, especially during inclement weather.

The home is located in a natural, wooded lake environment where you may encounter local wildlife during your stay. Please keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outdoors to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting.

We strongly encourage guests to obtain travel insurance prior to their stay to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may impact travel plans, including weather, illness, or last-minute cancellations.
