The Pool House Spa, Game Room & Home Gym

Welcome to your perfect Florida escape. Mornings begin slowly by the pool, afternoons turn into games of pool and foosball, and evenings belong in the hot tub with nowhere else to be. Fire up the grill, gather for dinner under the screened lanai, or sneak in a workout before everyone wakes up. Three bedrooms, four beds, a private pool and spa, game room, and home gym. This is a house made for actually enjoying your vacation.

There’s a moment on the first evening when it clicks. The pool is glowing beneath the screened lanai. Someone has already claimed the hot tub. Dinner is coming off the grill, the ceiling fans are turning overhead, and a pool game has somehow become far more competitive than anyone expected.

The best part is that nobody needs to leave. There is enough here to fill an entire day without getting in the car, and enough space for everyone to find their own corner when they want it. This is your Florida vacation home, and this feeling is what you came for.

Inside the Home:
Step inside and the home feels spacious, comfortable, and designed for groups to settle in rather than simply pass through. The kitchen is a standout, with rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a large center island, and plenty of room for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.

The three bedrooms each have their own personality. The primary is especially spacious, with a large bed, rich wood furnishings, ceiling fan, and a generous mirrored closet area. The second bedroom feels warm and private with dark wood furnishings and playful artwork. The third gives the group added flexibility with two separate twin beds and its own TV.

Then there are the spaces that turn the house into more than just somewhere to sleep. The game area gives you a pool table and foosball for nights at home, while the dedicated gym means you can still get a workout in between pool days and dinners out.

Sleeping & Layout:
The home offers three private bedrooms, four beds, and two full bathrooms, giving families and groups a comfortable balance of shared space and privacy.
Bedroom 1 — Large bed, spacious primary retreat with rich wood furnishings, ceiling fan, mirrored closet area, and plenty of room to unpack
Bedroom 2 — Large bed, comfortable private room with dark wood furnishings, ceiling fan, and playful character throughout
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds, bright and flexible guest room with blue bedding, a large ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV
Bathrooms — 2 full bathrooms
Beds — 4 total

Outdoor Living:
This is where the house comes alive. The private pool sits beneath a screened enclosure, giving your group its own place to swim, float, and spend long Florida afternoons outside. At one end, the attached hot tub becomes the natural gathering place once the sun goes down.

A large covered portion of the lanai runs alongside the pool, with ceiling fans overhead, outdoor dining, a grill, and plenty of room to spread out without ever really leaving the water behind. Lunch can turn into an afternoon swim. An afternoon swim can turn into drinks by the pool. Before long, someone is firing up the grill and nobody has any reason to move inside. And when you finally do, the pool table and foosball are waiting.

Getting Around:
The house is set up perfectly for the kind of Florida trip where some days are spent exploring and others never make it beyond the backyard.
Head out for beaches, waterfront restaurants, boating, shopping, and everything Southwest Florida does best. Then come home to a place that still feels like part of the vacation rather than somewhere you simply return to at night.

Some mornings start with a workout. Some afternoons disappear beside the pool. Some nights become pool tournaments followed by a final soak in the hot tub.

This is the Florida vacation where staying home is every bit as good as going out, and by the end of the trip, the hardest part might be getting everyone to leave.

All guests must complete a short pre-arrival check-in form before check-in details are provided. This is required for every reservation with no exceptions. The form verifies guest identity, confirms contact details, and includes agreement to the house rules.
