THE Lakehouse Sleeps 21, Dock, Hot Tub & Views

Welcome to your perfect Tennessee lake escape. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking the water. Afternoons mean swimming, paddling from the private dock, or nowhere beyond the lake. Evenings are for drinks at the outdoor bar, games inside, and long soaks in the hot tub as the sun disappears behind the hills. Six bedrooms, 14 beds, and room for the whole group. This is the lake trip everyone talks about for years.

There's a moment on the first evening when it clicks. The lake is glowing gold beneath the sunset. Someone is already in the hot tub. Drinks have made their way out to the bar, the kids are downstairs playing shuffleboard, and a few people have wandered all the way down to the dock because the water is too good to ignore. Dinner is coming together inside, but nobody seems particularly concerned about what time it gets served. Tomorrow might mean an entire day on the lake. Tonight, everyone is exactly where they want to be. This is your perfect Tennessee lake house, and this feeling is what you came for.

Inside the Home:
Step inside and the lake never really leaves you. Large windows frame the water from the dining and living spaces, filling the home with natural light and turning even an ordinary breakfast into something that feels like vacation.

The kitchen is built for a house full of people, with generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, rich wood cabinetry, and bar seating that inevitably becomes a gathering place while dinner is being made. Just beyond it, the dining table gives everyone room to sit down together with the lake filling the windows beside you.

The main living area brings back the warmth of a mountain home. Hardwood floors, natural wood trim, comfortable furnishings, and a stone fireplace create the kind of room where everyone ends up after the sun goes down. There are books and games for slower nights, plus a large TV when the group wants to settle in.

Then there's the game space. Shuffleboard and another large TV give kids and adults somewhere to disappear when the competition starts, which matters in a home built to accommodate a group this large.
Six bedrooms give everyone somewhere to retreat when the day finally winds down. Some are designed for couples, while others mix larger beds with twins so families can stay together. The largest bedroom sleeps seven on its own, making the house especially well suited for extended families, reunions, and trips where the kids all want to pile into one room.

Sleeping & Layout:
The home offers 6 bedrooms, 14 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms, with a flexible arrangement designed for large families, multiple couples, and groups traveling together.

Outdoor Living:
The lake is the centerpiece here.
Wake up and step outside with coffee while the water is still glassy. The decks look out across the lake and wooded Tennessee hills, giving you the kind of view that makes everyone forget about checking their phones for a while.

Then take the stairs down toward the water. A long private walkway connects the house to its dock, turning the lake into part of the backyard. Kayaks are ready when you want to get out on the water, while the dock itself gives the group somewhere to swim, relax, and watch the sun drop toward the horizon. On the right evening, the entire lake turns gold.

Back at the house, the outdoor bar might become the most popular gathering place of the trip. Grab a stool, pour something cold, and watch the water through the trees while dinner gets started. When the evening cools off, move to the large hot tub overlooking the lake. There's even a hammock beside it for whoever decides they're done moving for the night.
This is the kind of outdoor space where mornings turn into afternoons without anyone noticing. Lake days become sunset drinks. Sunset drinks become hot tub nights. And somehow nobody spends as much time inside as they expected.

Getting Around:
This is a place you come to for the lake, not simply somewhere you sleep between activities. The waterfront setting gives you direct access to days spent swimming, kayaking, relaxing on the dock, and exploring the water. The wooded hills surrounding the property make the home feel tucked away, while the elevated position gives you beautiful views across the lake from the house and decks.

And because so much of the experience is already waiting outside your door, some of the best days require almost no itinerary at all.
Wake up and paddle the lake. Come back for lunch overlooking the water. Spend the afternoon swimming from the dock. Play shuffleboard while dinner is being made. Then grab a drink, watch the sunset, and finish the night in the hot tub.

This is the Tennessee lake vacation that stays with you. The one where the kids disappear down to the dock, dinners stretch long past sunset, everyone somehow ends up together in the evening, and before the cars are packed, somebody is already asking when you're coming back.
